Why is the shade on my car different from the app?

Check that the buildings around your saved place have the right height (tap one on the Shade Map to fix it) and that the car sits where you really park. Map buildings without a height are estimated. Trees let some light through, and the forecast clouds can change.

The compass or the camera view points the wrong way.

Move your phone in a figure eight to calibrate the compass, away from cars and metal. In Shadow Lens and AR Sky you can align the view with the real sun or a real shadow for an exact result.

How do the monthly features work?

A new feature lands on the 1st of every month. Each one is free during its own month. Zill Pro keeps all of them for good and opens each new one 7 days early. The Sun Season screen lists every month with its date.

I bought Zill Pro on another device.

Open Settings in Zill and tap Restore Purchases, signed in with the same Apple Account.

How do I switch between English and Arabic?

In Zill, open Settings and choose the language, then reopen the app. You can also use the iPhone Settings app, Zill, Language.

Does Zill need my location?

It gives the best results, but you can pick any place on the map instead. See the Privacy Policy for what is sent to the weather and map services.
