Using Zill
Zill is provided for personal, informational use. The sun positions, shadows, shade forecasts, cabin temperatures, glare and UV estimates it shows are computed from astronomical models, map data and weather forecasts. They are estimates: real conditions depend on things the app cannot see, such as clouds that were not forecast, buildings missing from the map or a wrong height, and reflections.
No warranty
Zill is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. Do not rely on it where a mistake could cause harm: it does not replace your own judgement on the road, sun protection advice from a health professional, or professional engineering for solar installations and construction.
Driving
Never use the app while driving. Plan your trip before you leave.
Zill Pro
Zill Pro is a one-time, non-consumable in-app purchase sold through the App Store. It keeps every monthly feature of the Sun Season and opens each one 7 days before its public date. Everything else in Zill is free. Purchases are covered by Apple's Media Services Terms and can be restored on any device signed in to the same Apple Account with Restore Purchases.
License
Your use of Zill is also governed by Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement.
